By accessing or using VisaPrep AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

VisaPrep AI is an AI-powered visa interview preparation platform that provides:

• Mock interview practice with AI feedback
• Document checklist management
• Progress tracking and performance analytics
• Interview tips and guidance
• Confidence building exercises

Disclaimer: VisaPrep AI is an educational tool only. We do not guarantee visa approval. Final visa decisions are made solely by U.S. consular officers and government authorities.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account and password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscription & Payments

4.1 Free Plan

The free plan provides limited access to basic features including the document checklist.

4.2 Premium Plan

The premium plan is a one-time payment of ₹2,499 (INR) that provides lifetime access to all features including:

• Unlimited AI mock interviews
• Real-time voice feedback
• Confidence lab exercises
• Progress tracking
• Interview day mode
• Priority support

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our premium service within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.

To request a refund:

• Email us at support@visaprepai.com within 7 days of purchase
• Include your registered email and reason for refund
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

After 7 days, refunds are not available as you have lifetime access to the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the Service
• Resell or redistribute our content without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VisaPrep AI and its licensors.

Our Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

When you submit content (such as answers during mock interviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze this content for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.

Voice recordings during mock interviews are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisaPrep AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Visa denial or rejection
• Any decisions made based on our Service
• Service interruptions or errors

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@visaprepai.com.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
